How to Order

There are two ways to order on this site:
 
1.  You can order single or multiple items using the provided 'Order Form'.  Write down the order numbers and a short description of the pieces you are purchasing.  Once you are ready to check out, go to the 'ORDER FORM' page and fill in the blanks.  You may request size preferences here.
 
2.  Nevada residents can order individual items quickly by clicking the Paypal PAY NOW buttons.  The Paypal price includes Nevada sales tax.  

Once your form has been submitted and received, a calculation will be made for SHIPPING and a TOTAL COST with further instructions will be sent to you either through email or by phone.   Sales tax of 7.75% will be calculated into totals for Nevada residents.  Orders being shipped to a Nevada address receive FREE shipping.

 
 
Payment Options
 
Acceptable payments are by PAYPAL or by MONEY ORDER. 
 
Do not submit your CREDIT CARD information to us directly.  You can use your credit card through Paypal.  Unless you are using the 'Pay Now' buttons by Paypal, please wait for your invoice by email.  A link will be provided for you to make payment by Paypal. 
 
If you would like to pay by MONEY ORDER, use the order form and wait for an invoice by email.  An address will be provided for you to send the money order to.
 
Once a payment for the items has been secured, the shipment will be made.  If RUSH DELIVERY is desired please note in the 'Order Form'.  Shipping cost will be adjusted.

 
 
Shipping

USPS is the default choice of carriers for the continental United States. Please make special requests for shipping in the 'Order Form'. Once an order is submitted we will notify the Customer of the shipping cost and approximate delivery time. Items will be shipped to the Customer within two business days after full payment has been secured.  You may cancel your order anytime BEFORE your payment has been made. 

 
 
Returns/Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping costs within 30 days of purchase.  The item(s) must be in original condition when we receive it.  
 
YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE SHIPPING COST; WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING COSTS. 
 
To RETURN an item or make an exchange please inform us BEFORE shipping the item out. Please use the 'Return/Exchange Form' below. You can either submit it through this website or print it to send with your item.

Privacy Policy

Any information you submit to Halesia Designs will not be given or sold to any third parties. It will be strictly used by Halesia Designs for transactions with its Customers or for occasional promotions. If you choose to have your email address removed from the promotions list, simply email us with the subject line 'remove me from the list'.
